With over 16 years in the food industry, Chef Sam’s journey began humbly stocking the drinks fridge at a local café and grew into a decade as Head Chef at a premium kosher caterer in Melbourne.
During this time, his creativity, skill and dedication brought corporate events, weddings and gala dinners to life.
Sam & Sous is the result of Sam’s culinary talent for creating exceptional food and his love of bringing people together.
When he’s not in your kitchen, Sam enjoys catching a sports game, experimenting new dishes & flavours, and having a round of golf.
